Credit Rich OS ("the Service") is an educational financial-readiness platform operated by KleanKickz105 LLC dba Credit Rich Solutions ("we", "us"). The Service provides credit education, AI-assisted analysis, dispute-letter drafting tools, credit monitoring integrations, tradeline marketplace access, and funding-readiness resources.
Credit Rich OS Prime is software-as-a-service: $25.00 per month for access to the platform — AI-assisted credit analysis, dispute-letter drafting tools you review and send yourself, credit monitoring integrations, tradeline marketplace access, and funding-readiness resources. Your first $25.00 payment is collected at signup and covers your first 30 days of access; each renewal bills $25.00 at the start of the next 30-day period. A promotional code such as LEXOTIC25 takes 25% off your first month ($18.75). Fees are processed securely through Stripe. Cancel anytime — see section 4.
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel this contract for any reason within 3 business days of signing up, with a full refund of any amounts paid — no questions asked. You also have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit file directly with the credit bureaus yourself, at no cost to you. For more information about your rights, contact the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General. No credit repair organization can guarantee a credit score increase, the removal of accurate negative information, or any specific financial outcome.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account Settings page ("Cancel membership") or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 30-day billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you may cancel within 3 business days of signing up for a full refund of any amounts paid, no questions asked.
The Service is educational and informational only. We do not guarantee credit score increases, deletions, approvals, funding, or any financial result. Results vary by individual credit profile. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every dispute letter or submission before it is sent. Only submit truthful, accurate information to credit bureaus and lenders.
During your membership, the Service provides: AI-assisted analysis of your credit reports; draft dispute letters for you to review, approve, and send; credit monitoring integrations; funding-readiness assessments; and access to the authorized-user tradeline marketplace. Typical first results (such as completed analyses and draft letters) are delivered within minutes of your first report import. Timelines for bureau responses and outcomes are controlled by the bureaus and cannot be guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person unless otherwise authorized.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, submit false information to bureaus or lenders, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Authorized-user tradeline listings are provided by third-party inventory partners. Availability, pricing, and reporting timelines vary and are not guaranteed. All tradeline orders are subject to review and availability confirmation before fulfillment.
All content, software, and branding in the Service are owned by KleanKickz105 LLC dba Credit Rich Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KleanKickz105 LLC dba Credit Rich Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
